Kunskapsmedia is a production and distribution company of educational films in Sweden. Kunskapsmedia acquires educational films on DVD/Streaming with non-theatrical rights (educational purposes) for distribution to schools, AV/Mediacenters, libraries, governmental organizations and companies.

The founders of the company, Mr Ola Björemyr and Mr Lars Mattsson, have extensive experience in the acquisition and distribution of educational programs. They started the educational film distribution company Filmo AB already in 1990. Filmo was sold to a company owned by the Norwegian telecom giant Telenor in 1999. Björemyr/Mattsson established Kunskapsmedia in 2002 and its sister company Solfilm Media AB (www.solfilmmedia.se) in 2007. Kunskapsmedia is now one of the leading distributors of films on DVD/streaming to the educational market in Sweden.
